Frank Koydl has studied production engineering and export trade. Immediately after his graduation as an engineer (FH), he started his own company in the field of information technologies in 1989, KCS.net. In the years after its establishment, KCS grew successfully, attained a market leading position, and expanded to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Under the direction of Frank, the company became a provider of ERP solutions. In addition to KCS’ organic growth and its integration into an international network, the company was further strengthened by several targeted acquisitions.
In 2007, Frank sold the company to Carlyle European Technology Partners, but continued to lead the company for another three years after the sale as CEO. Since the beginning of 2010, Frank is Chairman of KCS.net. He is also a board member of a listed IT company based in Germany.
