Ledgy has introduced a new free plan for start-ups
Portfolio company Ledgy has introduced a new free plan for start-ups to manage their equity. Ledgy’s free tools allow start-ups to model financing rounds, communicate with investors, and keep track of convertible loans. Especially for German startups, it fully supports pooled investments so that founders always can understand who economically owns the company. The paid plan offers tracking employee shares including virtual stock, complex vesting schedules, and notifications when there’s an upcoming event like the end of a cliff period.
