In 2006 Robert Werthmüller founded Aspara GmbH. Since 2011 the company focusses on investments in Farming, Forestry and Real Estate.
Robert started his investment career at UBS Global Asset Management as analyst and then moved on as fondsmanager for the natural resources and energy sector. In 2006 he became a partner at Gold 2000 one of the leading gold fund worldwide. With its company Aspara GmbH he advised other gold fonds and companies. By the end of 2011 he sold his shares of Gold 2000 to fully focus on Investments in Farming, Forestry and Real Estate. In addition he started to invest in Private Companies.
Robert Werthmüller is married and father of 2 children. He studied environmental engineering at Swiss Federal Institute of Zürich (ETH Zürich) and Geology as well as Biology at Trinity College in Dublin. He is a CFA charterholder.
