Claas Nieraad is co-founder and Managing Partner of New Commercial Room Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the acquisition and evaluation of new investment opportunities, and also for investor relations and communications.
Prior to New Commercial Room, Claas has been a trainee at American Heritage Management Corp., a small investment banking and fund management company based in New York. In this role, he gained broad and valuable experience in private placements, fund management and IPO consulting. Moreover, Claas has been working for the TEMIC Automotive Electric Motors GmbH, a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG based in Berlin, as a trainee with a focus on controlling and purchasing. Last but not least, Claas has gained experience in the industrial goods marketing when working for the FHP Motors GmbH.
After his training as an industrial clerk at the AEG, Claas had studied Economics and International Management at the University of Kiel, the International Management School Malente and California State University, San Bernardino, USA. He earned his degree in International Business Administration and holds a BS in “International Management”.
