Chattermill raises $8M Series A to enable companies to gain customer feedback insights ‘at scale’

The London-based startup Chattermill, that uses deep learning to help companies capture, analyse and understand customer feedback data, has raised USD 8m in a Series A funding round.

Customer experience leaders such as UBER, HelloFresh, GetYourGuide, Zappos or Transferwise already use Chattermill to gain an edge and btov Partners is excited to invest alongside DN Capital and Ventech.
